I have been receiving verification codes on a daily basis. I have not requested them, what is causing it?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSounds like they're 2fa codes, if so then someone is trying to access the account/s they're connected to. Change the password of the account/s.
2fa is preventing the hacker from accessing the account so they may try to contact you pretending to be from the company concerned to try to obtain those codes.

Have you had any phone calls recently claiming to be from Sky & offering a 30%-40% saving on your bill? This is a scam which is circulating at the moment.

Hi, no, I get very few of that type of call and they get short shift if they manage to ring. We are registered with the TPS and the number of cold calls has fallen considerably. We have a Sky Tv package with Virgin at the moment and a Sky mobile account.
