My phone is restricted

My bill is up to date and paid in full but my phone is still restricted

If you were late in paying this bill have you now setup or reset up your payment method ?

Yes everything is up to date , my other 2 devices are reinstated working fine except 1 ? He recieved a text to say your services are now reinstated yesterday but it's still not working as it should be

I suppose you have tried turning it off then back on again ?
