Can’t receive texts

I have only had a contract 7months with sky all of a sudden two months ago I stopped receiving text messages ! Sky have been no help at all ! Anyone have any suggestions , I have already reset network settings , I've also taken sim out and rubbed the chip and put back in.

Still not heard anything , problem still not sorted. Terrible service will be leaving sky!
