Change IMEI in My sky Account

I hadr samsung fold from sky. And 3rd party Insurance. My phone was stolen befor 3 month. And Insurance company sent me new Device already. But in my sky account it shows old IMEI number. I want to Upgrade replacement phone IMEI in My Account. How its works. And how i can update that.

You'll have to call Sky to see whether that's possible.  (Use 150 from a Sky SIM)

I have a hunch they may not be able to swap a different device to that they originally sent.

@Maninder_singh I take it you didn't bother reading the replies in the thread?

You cannot just change the IMEI on your account , you need to call Sky to see if they allow it.
