Incorrect charged on bill

I paid £2 for an add on when I went away in December 2024 but now I am being charged extra for these calls as well in January 2025 bill.

Hi @AbbieT6  what country did you visit ? If covered by the £2 daily charge then did you call any local numbers as they aren't covered by the charge.
