Restriction help

I've paid my bill off but put it into the credited payment part instead of the restricted payment area I can't get in contact with sky to get it sorted. Can someone please help?

150 is the number to call Sky on from your mobile as hopefully they can refund you the payment you made in error and can also take the payment from you again to pay the device off. Going forward if you want to pay off a device again in future it is always worth calling Sky to have them take it from you,
