Can my son’s mobile account move from mine to one of his own?
My son's mobile is linked to my mobile account but can he get it moved to his own account if he sets it up so he can pay for it himself? He also wants to keep the same number

Hi @Cambers79 no you can't move a phone to a different account. There is a workaround to move a sim to a different account but not a phone.

So he could apply for a phone in his name and then we could transfer his number onto his new phone?

Yes @Cambers79 he could set up an account and order a new phone and sim on that account. When they arrive he would need to activate the sim which will have a new number. He would then need to get a PAC from sky and transfer his old number to another network on PAYG then port it back onto the new sim. You can't port directly from sky sim to sky sim.
