No tracking number

I placed an order this morning for next day delivery but have had no tracking information / delivery updates, will it be delivered tomorrow?

In case you’re not aware you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.


The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. As customers we have no insight into stock levels or the delivery timescales.

Does nothing appear here for you at present:

If so then I would check back again tomorrow as it can sometimes take 24 hours before a new order appears.
