I transferred number over from o2 two days ago and now I can’t call or text

I transfered my number over from o2 two days ago now and it says everything is complete. However now I am unable to call or text or receive. But my 3G is working. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried resetting the network settings?
Is the transferred number showing on the phone?

Yes I've tried resetting everything. The new number is showing on the phone and all. Sky have said the change over for the number is complete.

What is happening when you try to make a call or send a text, does your phone show as being connected to the Sky network ?
