I swapped my sim to my new phone (Iphone 16), but now it has no signal. Everything else seems fine, I have tried resetting network and switching off and on.

I eventually got hold of a real person, turns out that the new phone they sent was blacklisted, so not a sim issue. No idea how that happened as it should be a brand new phone.
I have to return it and get another.
