Whenever I go to look at my sky app it says I need to link my sky id to look at my mobile accounts and when I do that it says that the account is already linked and takes me back to the homepage but it still doesn't show my account and continues to say I need to link the account

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

yeah I'm having the same issue. I've logged out and closed phone down completely ask me to do the exact same steps each time says it's linked yet isn't aasrrrrrgggghhhhhh
