Discussion topic: No info on when router will be delivered

I have no idea when my router will be delivered, I have already ordered it and it has been confirmed. I have been told when it will be activated but not when my box will arrive as I've never been with sky before

You can check your orders on your my sky app or sky.com account when your tracking number shows. It can be with you anytime up until the day before activation day so it may not be showing yet
