No WiFi
I'm located in Co. Leitrim - Ireland We have no WiFi connection since yesterday 08/01 at 4.00 pm until now. I work from home and even to contact Sky over the phone it's a nightmare. I spent hours digging a phone number. They spent over 10 min going through stupid security questions and no explanation of why I've no WiFi. **bleep** joke. They don't have an easy way to contact them, their chat/whatsapp is a robot and even their customer service on the phone is **bleep**ty. They don't want people contacting them however the bare minimum they can do it's to fix immediately whatever is causing the issue. They said it's the weather. It doesn't matter, just fix it. I'll be leaving Sky and spreading the word around Facebook and X. Saying it will take 2 days to fix it? So disrespectful! I mean it's just cold, it's not the ice age. How come this can make the connection not work? Do not sign up for Sky - because of the fault itself and the lack of information on how to contact them. They screams volumes.

Your expectations are unrealistic: all ISPs on the national networks in RoI and the UK are subject to the network providers own two-days-to-fix target time. Domestic broadband subscription rates cannot possibly cover 'immediate' response, particularly in the depths of winter when weather impact is most extreme and support demand is at its highest.
