@golfer+brighouse This is not a broadband issue if your Sky Box/TV shows no signal, as that is a TV specific message.
Changing a hub would not even cause such a message.
Which Sky box do you have? Sky+HD or Sky Q?

Do you have the white sky max hub?
Do/did you have the sky broadband booster boxes?
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

High fibre is more a dietary term but we know what you mean.
If you have updated to the White Sky max hub unfortunately the Q mini boxes (additional box) won't connect with WiFi from a Max Hub, they will now only be getting signal from the main Q box.
