just upgraded to high fibre with new router everything works except the additional sky box which says no signal

Changing a hub would not even cause such a message.
Which Sky box do you have? Sky+HD or Sky Q?

Do you have the white sky max hub?
Do/did you have the sky broadband booster boxes?

High fibre is more a dietary term but we know what you mean.
If you have updated to the White Sky max hub unfortunately the Q mini boxes (additional box) won't connect with WiFi from a Max Hub, they will now only be getting signal from the main Q box.
