Sky is working but catch up and on demand keeps saying connect to broadband, I have reset everything multiple times and it still isn't working. It has now been months and I cannot get through to speak to anyone about this. I've been paying for half a service really.

I have Sky+ HD, I have tried to reconnect the wifi every way possible apart from WPS as the router I have doesnt have a WPS button on it. (I had it installed 2024)

The WPS button on the Sky Broadband Hub and Max Hub models are low down on the right hand edge of the router body.

Thanks, I have just tried this and it is still showing there is a problem connecting to the network. I'm able to connect everything else to the WiFi but not the sky box for some reason it keeps saying there is a problem.

Do you have a white Max Hub?
Sky+ HD is too old to connect to the default WPA3-T wireless encryption used by Max.
You'd need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
