I have completed all the tests on your site and it says everything is running.
However my hub is flashing amber on the internet connection and I am
unable to gain internet on all devices/tv.
My phone line also says line off error and is not working.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf this line test reports no issues then have you tried turning the hub off for 10 minutes or so:

I've got the same problem no internet green light but test says everything is fine
ive rebooted and it's still not solved the problem
