Internet down

I have completed all the tests on your site and it says everything is running. 

However my hub is flashing amber on the internet connection and I am

unable to gain internet on all devices/tv. 

My phone line also says line off error and is not working.

If this line test reports no issues then have you tried turning the hub off for 10 minutes or so:

I've got the same problem no internet green light but test says everything is fine

ive rebooted and it's still not solved the problem
