Hi my IT department needs to ask Sky to disable the SIP ALG on your Sky Max router to enable your VOIP phone (provided by Gamma Global if they need to know) to function. They may also need to disable the MAP/T (according to some posts on a support forum). I have tried phoning them and they said this is not possible, has anyone experienced issues with this before?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@AmberL1 according to the lastest update from Sky the issue with SIp is not with MAP-T as such and has been solved byva firmware change. You should be contacted by Sky later today to check your setup.
