My wifi is periodically dropping out numerous times a day on all devices. I have completed all the troubleshooting available and the problem still persists. The WiFi goes off all devices lose connection for a few minutes then it comes back on again. This causes us numerous problems with work and schoolwork.
Can't ever seem to get hold of a agent who can advise me other that the already tried troubleshooting and all the testing on my sky app says everything is fine.

Yes the internet/ WiFi goes off all an orange/ amber colour, flash then come back on after a few minutes.

I have went through the troubleshooting steps, unplugging, restarting etc and run the tests available on the app for broadband and WiFi.
