Unable to connect devices to wifi

Both my iphone and an android tablet have disconnected from wifi and will not register again.

My husband's android phone is able to disconnect and reconnect.

 

Could you confirm whether there is an external issue please?

 

we have reset devices and also the sky router box and still not connecting.
