can't obtain a return label

I am a pensioner living in Jersey, who has cancelled my sky due to serious illness. I have lost my returns label, but dont have a printer to print a new one. we dont have Royal Mail so cant just take the box in to post it. Spent days trying to find a help line number to no avail. now I have to pay for not returning it.

Have you called Sky to see if they can send you one by post ?

Under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

https://www.sky.com/help/home

When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.

There is no number there, and when you click on need more help, nothing happens

The link works for me and near the bottom of the drop down section it provides a UK 0333 number.
