Credit refund

Hi, I left sky on 5th September and have some credit on my account that I would like to receive as a refund. How do I go about this?

No Credit refund after 6 weeks

Hi,

 

I left sky 5th September and have credit on my account. I'm aware refunds can take 4-6 weeks to happen. I make a post previously and someone was kind enough to escalate that to sky messaging. However, I was never contacted this way by sky. Is someone able to help me please?

Refunds can take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection providing the payment method is still active on your Sky account. If your payment method has been cancelled Sky will have to manually raise a cheque and post it to you so it’ll take a bit longer.

Your post has been escalated to the Messaging Team who will hopefully be able to assist in getting the ref7nd back to you in 3-5 working days.

 

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
