Leaving as I'm not receiving what I pay for!

@anthonywillis91  You're not talking to Sky Customer services, this is a customer helps customer community.  Nothing will or can happen in repsonse to a forum post from an unlinked account, essentially no one on the forum knows who you are.

 

In any event when you cancel you need to send equipment back, Sky do not collect it.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@anthonywillis91 if you still have the same Sky+ equipment as you had a couple of months ago, it's your property so you can do what you like with it. You'll still need to cancel your subscription,  however.

 

We might been able to help then if you had told us what issues you were having with it.
