Received email equipment not returned

Hi 

Today I received email stating that I didn't return equipment.

I have followed your instructions and booked appointment wire anpost for collection. 

ANPOST COLLECTION PERSONAL COLLECTED MY EQUIPMENT on 9th December 2024.

As you can see, we're customers here, not Sky. Give Sky Ireland a call to follow it up.

As per anpost collection person he won't give receipt for sky collection. So don't have any receipt.

Does the online tracking confirm delivery to Sky?

I don't think that makes any difference.

I have return through anpost. I dont have your equipment. Sky arranged the carrier not me i haveno choice of chosing the carrier.

 

So charging me is unfair.

Holding your equipment with out activating tv subscription makes no sense. I dont have your equipment. It was collected by your carrier.
