I received a email on the 15th to say my voucher was ready so we both click to receive our vouchers and did everything was asked to do said we would get a email with our vouchers it's now the 22 nd and still no vouchers called and no help there absolutely shocking service on the call they didn't have a clue

This happened to me a while ago when I referred a friend and I am still waiting for that 1 also to me seems abit strange

And when I say a while ago I mean years and even though I have mentioned it a few times the person on the other end didn't know what to do so never got to bottom of it so I gave up guy promised it wouldn't happen again and we would have it before Xmas and long behold problems again
