Confirmation of returned hardware

Hi there I have recently sent my hardware back after downloading the return label, is there a way of confirming it has been received?

@Dylanf  Your proof of postage you got from the post office will tell you by putting in the tracking number on the Royal Mail website.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Before Christmas Unipart, who handle the returns, we're taking a number of weeks to process them. This will no doubt increase over the holiday period so just keep your proof of posting indefinitely.
