Unhappy

Why have I suddenly been charged £18 for a repair plan I've never discussed with anyone or wanted?

@Ktwins   Sounds like you have sign up to Sky Protect which oddly enough is run by Domestic & General not Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

We are going to need more information like where are you seeing you are being billed for this, your  online/MySky app bill ?

My bill came out as usual today but this has now also been taken out of my account
