Hi I have placed a order for sky tv & multi room plus broadband that is due to be fitted today is this still going ahead plus I still haven't received my broadband router

If nothing appears then you will need to call Sky.
Usually the broadband hub turns up a few days before activation but could be held up due to the well publicised strikes at Royal Mail but if you do end calling Dky you could ask them about it.
