Cancel sky cinema

I would like to cancel our sky cinema. It was added by the engineer as a free trail which we do not now want to keep.

To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky and give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount.

I was told by the engineer I could just cancel the free trial before being billed. We did not take out cinema on the original contract. Can I not just cancel the free trial?

You need to give notice 31 days before the end of the trial.  Any period past this will be charged.

We customers can't cancel anything. Call Sky (tomorrow) to give the 31 days notice required.

How do I cancel *without* telephoning Sky? I intensely dislike having to make telphone calls.

@AndrewMBL If you can't do it via the app or your account(not sure if it's available for all services) then you will have to call.

@AndrewMBL Can you cancel via the Manage Content Packs in the TV tab of the My Sky App? That's where I cancelled Sky Cinema on my Glass.
