Cancellation - not being addressed
Hello
I cancelled my sky contract within cooling off period. They are still broadcasting the signal. I tried calling them. But they seem to be on holiday during festive season... they are not showing their opening hours on their website .. so unsure what I should do next. Any suggestions pls?

@Nitin2 What date did you cancel as the notice period is 31 days and during that time the channels will remian accessable. If you do want to speak to Sky then i believe you can do so today via their social media accounts.

Your signal would not be turned off straight away as 31 days notice is required so has it been 31 days yet ?

Thank you for your reply.
i cancelled my Sky TV and broadband package end November . I got a messsge it will be cancelled by 24th Dec.. but it hasn't been cancelled.. both BB and TV are working and worried that they may say I am out of contract period ..

i tried calling them today but their office is closed for Christmas.. but just a little worried that they may say I am out of cooling off period.. and then charge me ..

While the phone lines are closed until tomorrow, Sky can be contacted today via social media if that helps.
