Hi I'm a Sky Mobile customer on PAYM. I am trying to buy Sky Stream so I login to my account it asks for my email it says I'll use this to sign in. I enter my email and it is saying "Please provide an alternative email address"
I know for a fact I am logged in because before this step it asks me to enter the first two digits of my direct debit account number to confirm it's me.
can someone advise me on what to do please? Either Sky let me use my current email or I just won't use sky stream and buy somewhere else. I am too lazy to phone up and speak to someone

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe only way raound this is to call Sky and ask them to place the order for you.
If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call, it might take a few seconds to appear, if you are in Ireland make sure the flag in the bottom right is changed to the ROI so you see an 0818 number:
Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.
