Trying to make a payment and it's telling me restricted

You should have either a continuous card payment or direct debit set up so there shouldn't be a need to make a manual payment.

You shouldn't have to make a payment unless your services have been restricted due to a bill not being paid. If this doesn't apply then you should have a payment method setup so Sky can take it automatically from you so do you have a payment set up ?
