Unexpected bill

After a hectic few days of trying to change my date of payment, finally I was able to and then to my surprise the payment was still attempted to have been taken earlier than the date I set. I didn't think much of it and expected to pay it once money went into my account, then to my surprise I see a £150 early termination fee, I don't quite understand what's been terminated as I haven't cancelled anything and was ready to make payment on the date I set it as! Very disappointed with this.

It was taking them early even after I had made several attempts to change the date of payment, but even so every month I made payment without failure, did get in contact aswell about the fact it kept trying to take it earlier than the agreed date on my account but nothing came from it.

Without seeing your account and billing histories, it's difficult to know what has happened here. If you're seeing early termination fees and you haven't cancelled, it's possible that Sky may have cancelled your account. Can only suggest you speak directly to Sky.
