Payment

I have paid my mobile bill have checked my bank statement, but on the app it doesn't say paid. Payment came out Tuesday

Was this a direct debit or did you make a separate unnecessary manual payment?

If it doesn't say it is paid what does it say regarding the bill ?

Are you able to post a screenshot of this bill, you can show it on here by selecting the camera option and if you do make sure all personal details likes and names, phone, credit agreement and account numbers are blanked out.

 

It does appear that the app is correct as it will show as £0.00 once the bill has been paid.
