Hi, I'm at the end of my tether with SkyMobile; in December, I noticed a £124.50 direct debit in my statement that was due to go out in a couple of days to Sky Mobile; problem is, I never requested this - it was clearly fraudulent. I contacted my bank and stopped the debit going through. I then received a letter from Sky Mobile showing that the amount was due. I called Sky (got through to them with great difficulty as I dont have an account with Sky) and they said they would deal with it but that I should not contact them as their fraud dept was dealing with it. Things went quiet and I thought the issue was resolved, but a few days ago (a few weeks later) I received a letter from a debt agency called CCSCollect asking for payment. I'm exasperated esp as it took forever to get through to someone at Sky on the phone if you dont have an account with them, and after a long call, they said they would deal with it but clearly I feel like its back to square one. Any suggestions?
