Hi,
I had Netflix in the past, however I got Sky Entertainment and my Netflix was transferred & billed through Sky.
A month later I cancelled Sky Entertainment because it did not suit my needs. However my Netflix in the app still says is being billed through Sky, which is not the case. I am not paying Sky Entertainment and I am not paying Netflix at this point. How can I solve this?
Just mention that I still have access to Netflix, however is not being billed.
I tried to contact both parties Netflix and Sky but they keep pointing me one to each other. Thanks!
