New customer jkust signed up - can i cancel within 14days at no cost?
Just signed up to sky, and have a question about porting.
My previous supplier (Virgin Media) ends 19th february but my broadband install is 25th february, which is when my landline is now scheduled for porting.
Im worried sky will use this as a reason to NOT port my number.
I've wasted ages trying to talk to possibly the worst single LLM assistant I've ever encountered.
Tried the send us a message which says its open to 19:30 but its already closed.
Ive also just read tons of horror stories about porting to sky here.
If sky cannot port my number and based on support when im a new customer I think i'm best cancelling and sticking with VM.
Can anyone advise?

Cancelling within a cooling off period isn't necessarily free - you would have to pay on a pro-rata basis for any period of services supplied.
