I have changed my email address. I have updated my SKY email account address but I am still receiving Emails from Sky VIP at my old email address. I want to stop using my old address. Can you help?

The Sky VIP emails now go to the correct email address. Thank you whoever sorted it for me.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

I am waiting for a marketing email from Sky. It's only then Will I know if the fix has worked.

There are quite a few threads were people are having the same problem. Surely an IT person could look at the data held for a user. There must be a marketing email address for a user?

He told me to enter Competitions and the email address I entered would become my default email address.
It didn't work

I've got the same issue. Hopefully they get to the bottom of it.
