Why did you charge me for wifi connection
Good evening,
i was charge by you, Sky, amounting £29 per month, when me and my family moved on the 5th of February, then I called one of your agents saying you will disconnect my connection and will be therefore not charge me, so why tonight, February 15, charge me £29? You did not provide us connection from feb 4 until now, feb 15.

Re: Why did you charge me for wifi connection
Do you mean you've given notice to cancel your Sky broadband service? When?

Re: Why did you charge me for wifi connection
We moved house on the 5th of February, Sky broadband disconnected the connection on the 4th or 5th of February, and I called them to inform that we are moving house. So the agent told me that an engineer will go to our new house and install and connect again the internet and thus, we will not be charged for the time we got disconnected until they have installed the connection in to our new house.
But earlier tonight, I have been charged £29 for the payment of the WiFi. Why am I charged when we did not avail your service from the 4th of February until now?

Re: Why did you charge me for wifi connection
You're talking to other customers here and not Sky...
You have to give notice for changes/moves - sounds like you called at the time of moving?
