I month free sky movies offer with 7 months at £7 a month after

I've recently received an offer to take a months free sky movies followed by 7 further months at £7 a month but I'm worried that if I accept the offer it will restart my contract. I wouldn't mind trying the offer but my current contract ends in august and I wouldn't want to change that. Also how do you cancel the free offer after a month as it's impossible to do anything but add things online it seems and there's no easy way to actually speak to anyone at sky it seems

What do the terms of the offer say?

(If it's a minimum on 8 months then you would need to maintain your base package, either in or out of 'contract')
