I renewed my package last week at a cheaper price as my contract had ended. The only change I made was to downgrade my Netflix package. I still have signature, sports and ultra HD and multi screen but for some reason I have been sent packaging in the post to return my mini box.
I don't want to return it as still need it but now can't get anyone to talk to me !!!
