Have received notice of upcoming price increase. Contacting Sky seems almost impossible. They put as many obstacles between them and the customer as possible. Does anyone know if there is a way of modifying an account online with a view to getting a better deal. It's a bit galling that as a so called Platinum VIP Member we're paying twice as much as new customers.
It really is time that providers of online services made it as easy to cancel or leave as it is to join. To not enable that suggests something shady is going on.

If you're in contract, you've committed to those services for a minimum term and it's possible that Sky will refuse any changes until the minimum term has expired.
