I rang sky for extension on my account to pay my bill but still cut me off now I can’t speak to anyo

I rang up to say I couldn't pay my bill til 13 so put a extension til then but they have cut me off

There is little point in phoning Sky up about this as they can not override the process that is in place and that is if a bill isn't paid as you have discovered then your services will be restricted until it has been paid in full and that you have setup a payment method on your account. This process applies to us all.

Restrictions are an automated process and we’ve been told Customer Service agents can’t stop it… even if you’re told otherwise.

Sky don’t allow payment plans (except on a legitimately closed account) or a promise to pay on or by a certain date.

Hello! 

It is possible  little cut my bill for broadband.  Because  Im umployment now reason  is bad condition healthy. When Im felt well and come back to work be paid to you how now .

Your post is a little difficult to understand. If you are seeking a better discount then give Sky a call to discuss. This will involve another 18 month deal.
