I’m no happy with the cost of my new bill I’ll be looking to cancel if it’s not lowered

The recent price increase is not cost effective and I'll be cancelling if it can't be lowered to below £100 without losing any part of the package

We are customers on here trying to help other customers. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services.

If you’ve been a customer for a while a discounted deal may have recently expired or be ending very soon. Sky will have told you the date the discount was ending when you took it out. Try comparing a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ
www.sky.com/bill.

If your discount has ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another 18 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount so if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available.

You can either call Sky or use the following link

That may not be realistic - but there again we don't know what subscriptions you have.

You may wish to consider removing elements of your package to assist.  (Although, I always found better discounts for more subs)

Agreed, i'd expect you would need to remove parts of your various Sky subscriptions to get a price under £100, For example if you have TV, broadband and phone, you may find you are better offer negoitating a new discounted deal for TV, but mvoing broadband and phone elsewhere and getting a new customer offer with another ISP. The broadband industry is very competitve, so the only real way to get a good deal for broadband (similar to mobile phones) is to keep switcing provider every 18-24 months at the end of your minimum term contract.
