I am trying to change the due date if I keep getting an error message. I've spoken to sky and they can't change it either ?? Help !

Find out moreFor the error I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant

They didn't give any reason. She wasn't sure why it wouldn't let her change it either !

Possible issues might be that it's too close to the current payment date to be able to change it in time. Or that you're trying to change the date to 29th, 30th or 31st of the month (only 1st to 28th are allowed). Also I believe if you're new to Sky, you can't change payment date until the first two payments have been made.

I've posted a photo of the error message it's just not showing yet. It says something like Oops something has gone wrong we'll get someone to look at it right away. They never do as this has been happening for months. Ive been with sky for over 15 years

I've been with sky for over 15 years so that's not the issue. I've tried different days to change it and I'm trying to change it to the 1st of the month no luck
