I have received a Sky Incentive Award called Edenred. Came through the post as a mastercard. I have followed the instructions to activate this which entail visiting www.myedenredcards.co.uk/iac/sky and inputting the card serial number, my name, email and phone number.
This went through the first stage successfully but the last stage of activation is to input your Sky Account Number. I have been onto my Sky account and retrieved this (I have one for streaming and one for broadband), and neither numbers are being recognised. I double checked the account number on my welcome email and bill and they are 100% correct. Any advice on how I can solve this?

I ended up calling Sky as advised but was on the phone for 30 minutes and sadly they were useless. It's like they didn't even know what the card was, took all the numbers, put me on hokd four times and then said oh sorry we can't help.
They told me to call Edenred directly and so I did and they helped me in under a minute. Told them the issue, they activated the card, told me my balance and gave me a pin so all sorted. I can't post the number here but I just googled it.
