Broadband cancellation

Hi can you confirm my broadband service has now been cancelled 

my new provider zzoomm sent 5he switch message on my account on Saturday 18.01.24 I've rang your support line tonight who said they would send me a text, which they havent

@Willi1 this is a community forum of other Sky customers so no one can tell you that on here.

 

If your service was terminated it should show in your My Sky account, as it will have a date on the bill when the services were terminated, and more than likely a credit appearing on the next bill.

Zoom said Sky did not except the automated switch cancellation message and there's nothing else zzooom can do... I've contact Sky support this evening and they said they would put through a manual cancellation request.. and then send me a text to confirm this has been done... but I've received nothing yet

how long does it take for this to happen
