Bill payed, DD not accepting, phone off!

Hi, 

 

My bill is payed and I've entered DD details and accepted but it just keeping saying no dd details when I go back to the bill, currently discounted and can't phone any numbers due to the block!

 

Please help .... can't contact anyone via phone numbers to resolve this issue

So if you ignore the message about no payments details does your Sky bill itself here show that your latest bill has been paid:
