I have been chay2£19 payments for tv package but I have only broadband Refund requested

Have you had a TV package from Sky then cancelled it as it isn't clear why you would be charged for it ?

In new negotiations over the tv and broadband I accepted the following terms 

£108 for TV  and £28 for broadband and I have for the past 3 payments paid in excess of £45 which I am struggling to afford
