Access to MUTV on Computer

Can anyone tell my where to find my ID number to access MUTV on my computer?

Thanks for your reply. I was signed into my manutd account and it wanted my Sky ID number to proceed. I've tried my viewing card number which didn't work so I don't know what other number is required or where to find it.
