Keep being cut off from pay for use services.

I have been a Sky customer since 1993. 
up till last October I was paying £120+ a month for broadband. TV package and sports etc etc. 

circumstances changed and last November I downgraded my package. Basic package plus cinema and F1 only and no broadband. I also moved home. 
since then Sky have been punishing me and I am so frustrated I am about to leave as I have reached the final straw. 
every 3or4 weeks they cut me off. No access to the channels I pay for. 
I call them up and I can spend hours. And I mean hours on the phone to get reconnected. It's always a computer issue at their end. Nobody can give me any explanation as to why. Everyone I speak to promises it won't happen again. Lat time it happened I was passed through 7 people until it was sorted. Permanently I was promised. And then on Friday 17/1/25 it happened again. (Funny it's always a Friday!)

I just wish I could get the sorted once and for all. I'm getting too old for this
